Effective August 13, 2026, the legal entity for microbiology product sales in Germany will change from Thermo Fisher Diagnostics GmbH to Oxoid Deutschland GmbH.
Customers in Germany should continue placing microbiology orders with Thermo Fisher Diagnostics GmbH until August 12, 2026. Beginning August 13, 2026, new microbiology orders must be addressed to Oxoid Deutschland GmbH. Orders sent to Thermo Fisher Diagnostics GmbH after this date will not be accepted.
United Kingdom
Effective August 13, 2026, the legal entity for microbiology product sales in the United Kingdom will change from Thermo Fisher Diagnostics Ltd. to Oxoid Ltd.
Customers in the UK should continue placing microbiology orders with Thermo Fisher Diagnostics Ltd. until August 12, 2026. Beginning August 13, 2026, new microbiology orders must be addressed to Oxoid Ltd. Orders sent to Thermo Fisher Diagnostics Ltd. after this date will not be accepted.
