Custom siRNA and miRNA design and ordering tools

Custom modified RNAi order process
Custom RNAi: Complete our custom quote request, and a member of our team will reach out to confirm your project requirements. After gathering all necessary details, you will receive a quote and order instructions. We have a dedicated RNAi support team to assist in order placement and provide any details throughout the project, as needed.
Turnaround time (TAT): The turnaround time for custom RNAi reagents depends on the scale and complexity of the order. For smaller scale synthesis ordered through our online tool, we can usually produce custom sequences within 4–10 business days. More complex and highly modified sequences require assessment by our manufacturing team and typically ship in 20–25 business days.

High quality siRNA synthesis
We synthesize and purify each siRNA in state-of-the-art facilities to meet the highest quality standards. All offline custom synthesis orders have a minimum requirement of delivering 50 nmol HPLC-purified material. As part of our rigorous quality control procedures, each RNA oligonucleotide is analyzed by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry and/or analytical HPLC. To offer the utmost in quality, we also assess each annealed siRNA by gel electrophoresis to confirm that the strands annealed properly. The result is premium quality siRNA that is purified and ready to use.
