Can I purchase the immobilized enzymes (proteases) from the Thermo Scientific IgG Fragmentation kit separately?

Yes. The three immobilized enzymes are available in 5 mL package sizes as shown below:

How much of the immobilized Papain (Agarose Resin) do I need for digestion of 10 mg IgG?

0.5 mL of the 50% Immobilized Papain slurry is sufficient for the digestion of up to 10 mg of pure lyophilized IgG reconstituted in 1 mL of Digestion Buffer.
