How many assays can I perform with one Griess Reagent Kit, for nitrite quantitation (Cat. No. G7921)?

The number of assays that can be performed with the Griess Reagent Kit is dependent upon your assay volume.
For example:
You would use 100 µL of Component A (the Greiss reagent) for a 2 mL cuvette volume. Since we provide 25 mL in the kit, this would relate to 250 assays You would use 20 µL of Component A for a 96-well microplate, this relates to 1,250 microplate wells or about 13 microplates.
