Western blot analysis of PNLDC1 in various lysates. Samples were incubated with PNLDC1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA570091) using a dilution of 1:2,000 in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4°C overnight followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at a dilution of 1:50,000 for 1 hour at room temperature.
