DOCK8 Antibody (PA5-100486) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of DOCK8 in rat heart tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with DOCK8 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100486) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

The Dedicator of cytokinesis protein 8 (DOCK8) is a member of the DOCK180 family of guanine nucleotide exchange factors. DOCK8 plays an essential role in humoral immune responses and is important in the proper formation of the B cell immunological synapse. Mutations in this gene result in the autosomal recessive form of the hyper-IgE syndrome.
