Phospho-HPRT1 (Ser110) Antibody (PA5-105342) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Phospho-HPRT1 (Ser110) in human kidney tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with Phospho-HPRT1 (Ser110) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-105342) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of HPRT1 only when phosphorylated at Ser110.
Target Information
The protein is a transferase, which catalyzes conversion of hypoxanthine to inosine monophosphate and guanine to guanosine monophosphate via transfer of the 5-phosphoribosyl group from 5-phosphoribosyl 1-pyrophosphate. This enzyme plays a central role in the generation of purine nucleotides through the purine salvage pathway.
