The process of purifying exosomes using ultra-centrifugation differs greatly among published papers. How can I determine which protocol is most suitable for my cell line?

There are some variations to the ultracentrifugation protocols, not based on the cell lines used so much as the experience in that particular lab, including what G-force they recommend, duration of ultra-centrifugation, straight sedimentation vs cushion vs sucrose gradients to obtain the top quality exosomes at reasonable yields.
