MOPS-SDS running buffer (20X)
MOPS SDS Running Buffer is recommended for separating medium- to large-sized proteins. MOPS-SDS Running Buffer is suitable for protein gel electrophoresis. Use of MOPS buffer allows proteins to run slower than when using MES buffer.
