Rat IgG2b kappa Isotype Control (51-4031-81) in Flow
C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes were stained with CD45R (B220) Monoclonal Antibody, PE (Product # 12-0452-85) and staining buffer (Autofluorescence, left) or 0.25 µg of Rat IgG2b kappa Isotype Control, Alexa Fluor 647 (right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.

Applications Reported: This eB149/10H5 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: This eB149/10H5 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells and mouse splenocytes. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
