1. Hydrate the InstaPrep bag with InstaFill peristaltic pump
Hydrate the InstaPrep 10X media bag with Type 2 water using the InstaFill workflow. The process prepares concentrated media for use in the InstaDose sample preparation workflow. No autoclaving, just media available when it's needed.
2. Connect your lines to the InstaDose gravimetric diluter
Prepare the Instadose diluter for automated, ISO-compliant dispensing - connect the Type 2 water source, InstaPrep media bag and tubing to the InstaDose Diluter through the appropriate pump setup.
3. Run the InstaDose workflow
Select the required program from the preset list, scan the bag barcode to automatically transfer bag data to the instrument, and add your sample bag so the system can automatically dispense the correct water and media volumes accurately.
