该 Tandem Mass Tag™ (TMT™) 10-plex 试剂套件包含十种具有相同质量和化学结构(即同位素)的不同同量异序化合物,由胺反应性 NHS 酯基团、间隔臂和质量报告基因组成。该试剂盒能够同时标记多达十种取自细胞或组织的不同肽样品,然后将其合并进行分析。对于各样品,采用高分辨率 MS/MS 光谱低质量区域中的独特质量报告基因(即,TMT10 126-131Da)测定肽片段化和串联质谱法期间的相对蛋白表达水平。
