管盖选择：

除了适配性外，透光度和形状也是在选择管盖时需要考虑的两个主要方面。

产品优势

  • 对于qPCR实验：虽然管盖的透明度对DNA扩增没有影响，但超透明盖（Ultra Clear Caps）确保您最大化荧光信号传递，是进行qPCR实验的理想选择
  • 对于普通PCR实验，推荐选择平盖（Flat caps）或圆盖(Domed caps)的。如何选择取决于所使用的PCR仪热盖设计。
    • 如果盖子具有稍微凹入的内表面以防止管子变形，则圆盖有助于确保适配以获得更好的PCR结果，同时充当压力吸收器以保持管子的完整性。
    • 平盖为书写标记提供了一个表面，设计用于带有平盖的PCR仪。

根据PCR/qPCR仪器的外形高度分为标准和低容:

  • 低容：因此“low profile（低容，也成为fast，）”意味着高度更低。 低容耗材更短的设计最大程度减少了反应体系上方的空间，降低了蒸发的影响并提高了热传导效率。因此，推荐优先选择低容耗材。通常对于快速加热模块来说，需要使用低容耗材，因此也被称为“快速”管或板。
