Invitrogen PE-Cyanine7 is a bright tandem fluorophore that can be excited by a broad range of lasers including 488 nm, 532 nm, and 561 nm. Dye degradation is common if exposed to photobleaching, fixation, and higher temperatures. PE-Cy7 is a near-IR dye used primarily in flow cytometry for low-abundance antigens.

We offer PE-Cyanine7 dye conjugated to a variety of antibodies, peptides, and proteins, optimized for cellular labeling and detection.

Comparison of fluorescence intensity of PE-Cyanine7 conjugated antibodies in human PBMCs. Normal human peripheral blood cells (PBMCs) were stained with Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control (P3.6.2.8.1), PE-Cyanine7 (blue histogram) or CD29 (Integrin beta 1) Monoclonal Antibody (TS2/16), PE-Cyanine7 (purple histogram). Cell surface staining of human PBMCs using PE-Cyanine7. Normal human peripheral blood cells (PBMCs) were stained with CD3 Monoclonal Antibody (UCHT1), APC, TCR gamma/delta Monoclonal Antibody (B1.1), PerCP-eFluor 710 and Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control (P3.6.2.8.1), PE-Cyanine7(left) or TCR V delta 1 Monoclonal Antibody (TS8.2), PE-Cyanine7 (right). Viable CD3 positive lymphocytes were used for analysis.
